Do I have to fill out the application to join the club?
Yes. We can offer the club prices at a one-time trial offer over the phone, but in order to join the club we need you to fill out the form, and be sure to sign it. Requiring our customers to fill out an application also ensures that they do not sign up for the club by accident, or through some miscommunication with our representatives. We can offer the club prices at a one-time trial offer over the phone, but the form must be returned in order to se up auto ship or receive future NSC Club shipments.
Why is a signature required?
The club is an auto-ship and auto-bill program where you provide credit card information, from which we will bill your account each month. It is quite possible to sign up for the club, and then never contact us again for the duration of your membership. Therefore, the application is your acknowledgement that you understand NSC will be billing your credit card on a monthly basis.
I am having trouble sending in my application online. Is there another way?
Yes. You may print out the online application and either mail it in, or fax it. You may also call in and request that we mail or fax an application to you.
I am uncomfortable giving my credit card information online. Is that necessary?
No. You may opt to leave out your credit card information, whether you send it electronically or through the mail. An NSC representative will contact you regarding any information omitted from your application.
What is a cvv code?
A cvv code is a number printed on your card, which credit card companies use as evidence that the customer had the credit card in hand at the time of the purchase. For American Express card holders, it is a four-digit number printed on the front of your card. For all other credit cards it is a three-digit number printed on the back. Sometimes it is a seven-digit number grouped in four then three. In that case, it would be the last three.
Do I have to put an order on my application?
No, you may omit that information. But, in order to set up your account, we must have a product to list as your “standing order”. A representative will call you when your account is set up.
What happens to my club application?
We keep a copy of your application on file in a secure location.
After I join the club, how soon can I get my first order?
If you put “ASAP” on the “starting” line of your application, or if the date you put has already passed, we will send out your first order as soon as we receive your application, regardless of the date you chose for your regular monthly shipment. Otherwise your first club order will go out on the date you specify.
When will my club order arrive?
Your card is billed on the business day nearest to the date you selected on your application. Therefore club dates falling on weekends or holidays may go out early or late. We send out your club order the same day we receive your payment. Shipping usually takes 3 to 5 business days, but once we send out your order, we have little control over when it arrives.
Do I always get free shipping now that I am on the club?
No. The club is offered for the convenience of our loyal customers. We offer free shipping so that our regular customers suffer no penalty simply because there is no retailer in their area that carries our product. However, the shipping is not free for us, therefore we only offer one shipment per month free of shipping charges. Furthermore, there are certain circumstances where shipping inherently costs a great deal more than average, such as when UPS is requested, or the shipping address is outside the United States. In those cases where the club free shipping should apply, we deduct $7.95 from the shipping cost and you must pay the difference.
Additional orders placed separately from the club will still have your 24% off discount, but there will be a shipping charge of $7.95 per order.
Can I change my club order, or do I have to get the same thing for the whole six months?
You may change your order every month, if you wish. You may change products or quantities. The minimum order to fulfill your club obligation is one (1) NSC product per month (third party products do not apply). Changes made to your order must be completed by the end of the business day before the day your club is charged.
What if I do not call and change my order?
We keep a “standing order” on your club file. That means that we send out whatever we sent you last month, unless you request a change.
Can I get “specials” on my club order?
Yes. While on the club you may take advantage of specials that we offer, but you do not receive an additional 24% off those specials, and specials may change at any time without prior notice.
Can I get third party products on the club?
You can get non-NSC products (products made by other companies) on the club, but no additional discount is applied, and it does not count toward your 1 NSC product minimum.
Can I change my club order online?
For the sake of our club members’ privacy and security, we do not store club information online. You cannot change your standing order from the shopping screen, and the online shopping screen will not reflect your club discount if you make a regular order. You may send an email requesting changes to your club, or call in and speak to a representative to either make changes to your club, or place an additional order using your club discount..
Do I have to reapply if the information on my club application is no longer current?
You may call at any time to change your credit card information, club date, shipping or billing address, phone number, or products. We will update your file for you.
What if I want to leave the club before the 6-month period is up?
When you join the club, we send you a free bottle (1 NSC-24 60ct.) as a gift. If you leave the club before the 6-month period is up, we will charge you the retail price for that item ($34.95), and you will be ineligible to rejoin in the future.
Once my six-month membership is completed, will I have to re-apply to keep getting shipments?
No. After your six-month period is up, it is assumed that you wish to remain in the club, unless you notify us otherwise.
Can I suspend my club membership for a few months?
We do realize that unforeseen things often happen. Vacations sometimes get in the way, financial difficulties arise, or sometimes our customers just don’t take their supplements often enough and the product piles up. If you wish, you may suspend your order for one month. If you wish to suspend for more than one month and you have completed your six-month membership, you may leave the club and rejoin later at no penalty.
I used to be on the club but left for a while. What must I do to rejoin?
If you completed the six-month obligation and left the club in good standing, you may rejoin by phone or email without filling out another application.
